A tempura restaurant, but not the classic kind—it's creative. A fusion, if you will—a mix of tempura and fritto, all paired with natural wine. The restaurant opened in March 2023 as the second establishment (the first being the KAMERA, which began operating a year earlier, also in Shibuya) by Chef Go Kametani and his business partner. Kametani isn’t always at the restaurant, but he stops by to check the quality and update the menu—it changes every three months according to the season.
Guests here have a wide selection of natural wines to choose from, including Japanese ones. The restaurant’s signature 'house' wine was crafted in Spain by the legendary founder of Grape Republic, Kazuomi Fujimaki: it’s a white wine made from Parellada grapes, typically used in the production of sparkling Cava wine.
