Participants in the tea ceremony here are offered a choice of ten unique tea varieties, several brewing methods, and a wide range of wagashi sweets. All the tea on the menu is organically grown and sourced from small farms scattered across Japan. The owner personally visits the farms to select the best lots for his guests.
The establishment is a traditional Japanese house, where, in addition to tea, one can enjoy garden views and a small ceramics exhibition. The single tea room is a minimalist space with just 6 seats.
