This small but cosy tea shop (with just three seats and no tables) opened in 2021. The menu features, among other things, excellent matcha latte, gelato, and an extensive selection of leaf teas from China, Taiwan, Japan, and (surprise!) Scotland.
The owner, who also serves as the vendor and tea master, decided to forgo using regular milk (since lactose intolerance is quite common in Japan) as well as soy milk (because its strong flavour tends to overpower the delicate nuances of matcha). Instead, he uses oat milk, which is both versatile and neutral in taste.
